| The layout of The Burn How is refreshingly different to most other hotels.
In the main house you will find the reception area, The Burn How Restaurant and the residents’ lounge and bar, whereas all of the hotel’s bedrooms are located outside the main building within our private grounds.
The peaceful, modern Lingwood Lodge guest house is just a 400-metre walk from Lake Windermere and the village of Bowness. With king-size beds, rooms have en suite showers.
The spacious rooms all have TVs, DVD and CD players. Some have countryside views and all have free luxury toiletries and wireless internet connections.
A delicious, traditional breakfast is available, and vegetarian and gluten-free diets can also be catered for. The Lingwood can prepare packed lunches for daily excursions.
