In the main house you will find the reception area, The Burn How Restaurant and the residents’ lounge and bar, whereas all of the hotel’s bedrooms are located outside the main building within our private grounds.

Traditional breakfasts use produce from Huddleston’s Butchers and Bannerigg farm in Windermere. Bread is baked locally and vegetarians are also catered for. Continental breakfasts are also available.
Haisthorpe is a few minutes'' walk from Windemere village centre and local restaurants. Lake Windermere''s shore and the shops at Bowness are a 15-minute stroll down the hill.
